The spacious bed and breakfast rooms are situated in Le Manoir, a 17th century petit manoir, set in 3 acres of gardens with a 10m x 5m swimming pool, which bed and breakfast guests can use. 

Three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.  I room with a king size bed, 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds.  The rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard  There is a lounge area upstairs for relaxation and a fridge provided with non-alcoholic cold drinks.  Guests have their own entrance to the bed and breakfast rooms.

Breakfast can be taken either in the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the courtyard which has a fountain. Breakfast is served continental style, with fresh croissants, French bread, jams, yoghurts and fresh seasonal fruit. 

There is ample private parking.  The property is bordered by vineyards on one side and the medieval village of Castelmoron d'Albret on the other. There is a small restaurant/bar in the village. There is a small shop which is also a Chocolatier and post office.  The shop sells basic food items.

Ideally located for the 24 hour jazz festival in Monsegur held every summer ( www.swing-monsegur.com , bookings & information 05 56 61 89 40) and the hot air balloon festival held in Duras in August. Just under 1 hour away is the town of St. Emilion renowned for its wine. Bordeaux airport is 1 hour away and Bergerac airport 45 minutes.
