Booking Conditions

Gîtes

1.A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with the reservation.
2.The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
3.Linen (changed weekly) is included in the rental rates.(Sheets, pillow cases and hand/bath/tea towels - not included are face cloths, beach or pool towels)
4.Utilities (gas for cooking, electricity and water) are included in weekly rates at normal consumption levels. Any excessive consumption is payable at cost.
5.Heating will be charged for the metered gas consumed.
6.Cleaning is not included, to be left clean and tidy on departure or, cleaning on departure can be arranged - 45 Euro (cost will be deducted from security deposit if found to be in an unsatisfactory condition)
7.Changeover day is Saturday.
(Any start day can be chosen in the low season, with rates pro-rata to weekly cost).
8.A Security deposit is required £100 (Payable with balance and refunded within 21 days of departure, less any breakages, excess utilities, heating or cleaning charges not settled on departure)

General

1. Dogs’ welcome (providing owners are well trained!) Don’t forget their Pet’s Passport!
2. Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests, no visitors permitted without prior agrement.
3. Arrival on your first day is after 16.00 with departure by 10.00 on the morning you are due to leave. (Late arrivals by prior arrangement only please, for the comfort of other guests).
4. Please bear in mind that (except by prior written agreement agreement and extra fee of £10 per night) no more than the maximum number of persons as stated in the particulars may occupy this property or use its facilities, including the swimming pool.
5. Guests must comply with all safety and security requirements and be responsible for their own actions and those of their children or visitors. No responsibility can be accepted for loss/injury or damage to guests and/or their possessions unless the direct result of our own negligence.
6. Prices are in £ Sterling/Euro and may be paid by £ Sterling cheque or travellers cheques in £ Sterling or Euros. made payable to ‘EM & JE Nuttall’. (Rate of exchange - Please enquire).
